An Opinion On “How to turn your kids into entrepreneurs”
This article is a load of rubbish and should not be taken seriously at all.
The author certainly is an amateur in understanding both human aspects as well as the concept of entrepreneurism.
Moreover, she has undermined children as independent entities and gave them all to parents and parental ambition. This is a very naive wander off into the realm of child abuse.
I do not even know why the author unconditionally encourages entrepreneurship as a better way of life. If that is not the case, why would anyone recommend this to parents to train their children at all?
When we talk about dog training advice children, we should not talk about training them to become carpenters or plumbers or even entrepreneurs in future unless one is living in a less than third world country.
We should be talking about what values are and how we become models to children in those aspects and how we inculcate such fundamentals. Certainly not molding them into a kind of work force in the society.
It is for them (children) to choose whether to become entrepreneurs or part of a work force. I truly do not see one is better than the other.
