Beating Land Loan Lenders At Their Own Game

A wise man once said that too much ambition can be dangerous. Perhaps he was right. You see I had a plot of land in Las Vegas that was given to me by my father. So, I decided to build a resort on that land.

I had no starting capital, other than that land, and unfortunately my ambition lead me to a trap. I started getting land loans from private investors. At first these lenders appeared to be very interested. They were throwing money at me like there was no tomorrow. I got land loans from 5 different lenders in order to build the resort of my dreams.

It was like a dream come true until recently, when they started getting aggressive about those monthly payments. I couldn’t make timely payments, so they claimed the rights to my land. At first, I thought I was doomed, but come to think of it, I had pulled a good one. I managed to actually sell my land promptly in return to land loans from 5 different loan sharks. Way to go me!
