My cousin sells real estate in San Diego, so he has been hit hard by the recent real estate market. Not a lot of properties are selling. People are not buying right now. The California home loans have been also effected because of the mortgage crisis that has been effected by the economy. People are now finding that their house is worth several thousand dollars less than what they paid for. If they sold their home? They would owe more than they could afford. Many people are just walking away from the homes, because of this situation. It is crazy out there right now.
