Specialization
Today many paralegal jobs are in specialized fields. It can be in “Litigation and Dispute Resolution”, “Family Law”, “Probate and Elder Law”, “Business and Real Estate”, even “Personal Injury”. There are some that may be more general in the same way Doctors can be general practitioners or specialist, and these are usually found in smaller private practice law offices. Both the paralegal jobs fields field and training have really grown over the years. In fact the skills of paralegals is in demand if offices not directly related to law offices like real estate and title insurance firms, and banks to name just a few.
