Most of the time, in my business, we just rent the heavy equipment that we need. In all honesty, it is a necessity. For many businesses, there is just no real way to justify the very high cost of having your own heavy equipment. Not only do you have to shell out a large sum of money to purchase it, but once you own it, you are responsible for all the costs for upkeep. That is why we just rent all the used skid loaders, scissor lifts, forklifts, and boons that we need for any of the multiple jobsites we are working on throughout the state.
