HCG diet

It’s not a phase of weight loss. Once you have completed the maintenance phase of 6 weeks, you can repeat the HCG Diet program if necessary. Take a vitamin B-12. It is recommended to 1000mcg per day.  Take a potassium supplement. It is recommended that 0.84 mg to 99mg per day. Take extra calcium / magnesium. (You can also continue to take your current supplement only if it contains no sugar or fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E)  Take multi-vitamins (some people do not take multi-vitamins. You can continue to take your current supplement or you can begin to take HCG).
