I Overcame My Anxiety Attacks With The Help Of Yoga
I started my new job, as a sales manager, about two years ago. Since the job involved convincing clients, I was quite stressed, most of the times. I even started getting anxiety attacks every week and was quite edgy and irritable at most times. One of my friends, recommended practising yoga, to beat the stress and even recommended a yoga instructor. Right from the first week, I started to notice a difference and felt relaxed after each session with the instructor. Yoga coupled with some meditation, banished my anxiety attacks for ever and now even in the most stressful situation, I usually know how to keep my calm.
