Are Exercises You Did In P.E. Class The Quickest Way To Lose Weight?

What is becoming more and more accepted if a quick, if not the quickest way to lose weight is through body weight exercises. Body weight exercises are the exercises that most of us did back in P.E. class in Junior High School.

Push ups, sit ups, pull ups, even climbing up a rope are likely the best ways to quickly melt fat off your body. The are beneficial for two important reasons.

First, because all of them work the large muscle groups, rather than isolating them, like some machines in the gym do.

Second, because they are usually (although perhaps not at first) high rep low weight exercises, which build lean, long muscles. And these type of muscles are ideal for boosting your metabolism, and burning excess body fat.
