BSN sued over false ingredient?

BSN has been sued over an ingredient in their top 3 products, no explode , Cellmass and Nitrix. Supposedly the “Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate” also called CEM3, was impossible to manufacturer. According to chemist Richard Chamberlain of the University of California, “its really not possible to access or to form the creatine ethyl ester free base from which one could form these various salts, such as malic acid which is included in CEM3″. BSN has long been vilified for their marketing techniques that have kept them on top for so long. More legal action certainly questions the legitimacy of BSN and their products but on the surface it appears to not have effected overall sales and popularity of their products.
