Is there such a thing as a fast track detox diet
There is no doubt in my mind that my body needs a complete detox. I have lived the last 30+ years thinking the food, water and air around me was “clean”. Now I know better, there is so much information out there to support the fact that most of our foods, water and even air are threatening our health with the high levels of toxins and heavy metals that have been found in them. With that said, I also know that I am an impatient person and like to see results as quickly as possible. I am on a quest to find a fast track detox diet. If you are aware of a program out there like this, please let me know.
