Swearing on Isopure Zero Carb Protein
Way back when my friend was still faithfully going to the gym, he used to drink a lot of protein shakes that helps him on his muscle building. I don’t how can they drink that stuff everyday, but bodybuilders swear on those stuffs! There was this one time I went with my friend and his gym mates on a brunch out. My friend asked me to come along to meet his gym mates and I assented. We went to an organic coffee shop and had our meal there. The food in the shop was fine and the ambience too.
