What is the Best Muscle Mass Training Program for a Skinny Guy?

Alot of people are wondering which muscle building program is the best for muscle building.  I suggest you look at either The Muscle Gain Truth No Fail System by Sean Nalewanyj, or No Nonsense Muscle Building by Vince Delmonte.  The Vince Delmonte program is my top choice if you are currently very skinny.  Since Vince was once very thin himself, his program was designed for those of you with the same body type as he had.  By following his program you will be able to see great increases in muscle and body weight.  You can certainly achieve results without Vince’s program, however, there is alot more work involved.
