It is no longer compulsory for someone to read and write before he/she can acquire knowledge; thanks to audio book technology. Aside from just knowledge acquisition, audio books have now made the process of reading for fun and entertainment so much easier.

Many people insist that the ease of just “listening” to their favorite book and still getting the information therein, as opposed to dedicating time to “reading” it, makes the audio books format much more appealing to them. Because of these reasons, most book titles now come in both the audio book format and the physical book format. If you look at it closely, for someone who used to spend hours reading a normal book, that same person can still “listen” to that book while commuting to and fro work — thereby saving a huge amount of time per book.
