Dangers at Malls, Store Parking Lots
I was surprised to learn that there has been an uptick in the amount of crimes taking place at public places like malls, mall garages, outside stores in the parking lot, hotels, motels, and other areas open to the public. These crimes can be very violent, including kidnapping, rape, and even murder. Very scary.
I was also surprised to learn that most of these establishments had knowledge that their customer areas, such as parking garages and parking lots, were experiencing serious crimes and doing nothing about it.
These crimes change lives. And if the stores knew the criminal history, and did nothing about it, then they should be held accountable, just like the criminals. The victims should contact an agressive property liability and inadequate security attorney.
