Will Supreme Pilates Work for You?
Many people who are experienced with Pilates training have wondered whether other types of Pilates training would be right for them. Supreme Pilates, for example, combines the movements, exercises and principles of regular Pilates with a little bit of resistance training. This allows you to stick with the fundamentals you love, while adding a tad more challenge and resistance to the activities.
