The prospect of power failures is not just something you hear about, its something everyone experiences at least once in their life. Some people in areas where their are alot of severe weather conditions experience these alot, in some cases on a weekly basis for whole seasons. Power failures are no fun but if your prepared with devices like back up power boxes then it can be alot more fun. You can actually hook up your appliances like the television or computer to these and continue to use this equipment even in a power outage. Being without power is like a kid being grounded with no use of his electronics!
